STR Hosts — Managing a short-term rental means every turnover counts. For Airbnb and ADU owners, we handle the clean, the documentation, and the coordination so your listing stays guest-ready without you having to be on call.
Our Process
1. Book a Consultation: Tell us about your space and what you need. We offer 50% off your first standard clean as a trial, and from there you can decide if you want to continue our services.
2. We Handle the Scheduling: With all your property information and preferences in mind, we connect you with a vetted, licensed, professional cleaner and then coordinate everything on your behalf.
3. The Clean Gets Done: Every visit is completed to Solé’s standard, documented with photos from start to finish.
